Joe Hudson’s Collision off Memorial Parkway in Huntsville is a place I would never like to see again. Our car got hit by our neighbor who refused to give us there insurance information so we had to file it with our insurance company. They arranged an appointment with Joe Hudson’s Collision to fix the car. When we got the car back there was a new chip in the rear bumper and a paint bubble in the side that they repainted. They offered us a rental car while they where fixing it again and said it would be ready. There was no rental car when I dropped of the car and was 20 minutes late for work. They’re trying to fix it now, but it wont be as good as new. The whole experience with Joe Hudson’s Collision was bad. They seemed lazy, didn’t care much for you satisfaction and offered poor quality work. I would recommend a different body shop if you are thinking of going there.
